Terms of Service
Effective October 23, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Savio Martin (“we”, “us”) about the Result apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and the services behind them (“Result”). By using Result, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Who can use Result
You must be at least 13. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. If your country requires an older age to use a service like this, you must be that age.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure: whoever can read it can sign in as you. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings › Data Control.
What the agent does, and your part
Result is an AI agent. It browses the web on your device, fills in forms, makes bookings and orders, changes your reminders and calendar, and makes files, when you ask it to. Because it acts for you:
- You’re responsible for what you ask it to do, and for actions it takes in your accounts on other websites.
- AI makes mistakes. It can misunderstand you, misread a page, or say something wrong with confidence. Check anything important, such as a booking, a purchase, or a message, before you rely on it.
- Sensitive steps are yours. For sign-ins, payments, and CAPTCHAs, the agent hands the page to you. Don’t give it passwords or card numbers in the chat.
- It isn’t professional advice. Don’t rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
- You can stop it at any time. An action already started (like a submitted form) may still complete.
Acceptable use
We don’t tolerate objectionable content or abusive use. Don’t use Result, or have the agent, to:
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Harm, harass, threaten, impersonate, or deceive people, or invade their privacy, including by collecting their personal data.
- Create or share sexual content involving minors, sexual or intimate images of real people without their consent (including ones the agent makes or edits), content that promotes violence or hate, or other content that is abusive or illegal.
- Send spam, commit fraud, buy or sell illegally, or get around websites’ security, paywalls, or limits.
- Break other websites’ or services’ terms in a way that harms them or their users.
- Attack, overload, reverse engineer, or get around the limits or safety measures of Result or the AI models it uses.
Result filters requests for images that break these rules, and the agent refuses them. If you see the agent produce something offensive or harmful, press and hold the message and choose Report, or email support@result.dev. We review reports within 24 hours, remove what breaks these rules, and suspend or close the accounts that break them.
Other websites and services
The agent uses websites and services that we don’t own, often with your accounts. Their terms and privacy policies apply to that use, and we aren’t responsible for their content, products, prices, or availability. Purchases and bookings are between you and the seller.
Your content
What you send to Result, and what the agent makes for you, is yours. You give us permission to store, process, and send it (including to AI model providers) only to run Result for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. We don’t use it to train AI models. You’re responsible for having the right to what you send, and for how you use what the agent makes; similar requests from other people may get similar results.
The Mac app and local models
The Mac app downloads open-weight AI models made by other companies, each under its own license, and runs them on your Mac. While it serves your iPhone, it keeps your Mac awake and uses its processor, memory, and power.
Price
Result is free today. If we add paid features, we’ll tell you the price before you’re charged, and purchases in the App Store follow Apple’s terms.
Changes and availability
We improve Result over time, so features, AI models, and limits can change, and Result may sometimes be unavailable. We may change these terms; if a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Result after that, you accept the new terms.
Ending this agreement
You can stop using Result and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering Result; when we can, we’ll tell you first.
Disclaimers
Result is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, or that the agent’s actions will have the results you want.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about Result is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used Result or broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from it, to the extent the law allows.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be decided in the state or federal courts in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them there. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Apps from the App Store
If you got Result from Apple’s App Store, these terms also apply:
- This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Result and its content.
- You may use Result on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as Apple’s Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service allow. You may not transfer this license.
- We, not Apple, provide maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to do so.
- If Result fails to meet a warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for it, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Result.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about Result, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
- If anyone claims that Result or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving the claim.
- You confirm that you aren’t in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you aren’t on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must also follow the terms of any third-party service you use with Result, such as your wireless carrier’s.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, can enforce them against you.
