# Result Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers paid subscriptions to Result, operated by
Foundative Inc. ("Foundative", "we", "us"). It is part of our Terms of
Service.

## 1. All sales are final

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are
non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused features, or a
mid-period cancellation. This applies regardless of how much of the
Service you used during that period.

## 2. Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account
settings. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current
billing period; the Service, and any features tied to your paid plan,
remain available until then. We do not prorate or refund the remainder
of a period you cancel partway through.

## 3. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate
charge or a charge after you canceled, contact support@result.dev
with your account details and the charge in question. We will
investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

## 4. Legally required refunds

Where applicable law gives you a right to a refund that this Policy
cannot override, that legal right controls.

## 5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our billing practices evolve. We will post
the updated Policy here and update the date at the top of the page.
Changes apply to charges billed after the change takes effect.
