# Result Privacy Policy

_Last updated July 21, 2026._

This Privacy Policy explains what information Foundative Inc.
("Foundative", "we", "us"), the company behind Result, collects when you
use Result (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It
is part of our Terms of Service.

## 1. Information we collect

**Account information.** When you sign in with Google, we receive your
name, email address, and profile photo.

**Business and workspace data.** Information you or your team enter to
set up and run a business workspace: business details, documents and
files you upload, Company Brain content, blog posts, support content,
and messages you send to the Result agent.

**Connected account data.** If you connect a third-party account, such
as a social platform, an advertising account, an email sending domain,
or a payment processor, we access the data needed to provide the
feature you turned on, for example post content and engagement metrics,
ad campaign performance, or payment and subscription status. We only
request the access a feature needs.

**Usage and device data.** Standard technical data such as IP address,
browser type, device information, and log data about how the Service is
used, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.

## 2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Operate the AI agent, Company Brain, and other features that act on
  your business data.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send you service, billing, and support emails.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, or security issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

## 3. AI processing

Some features send your business data and prompts to AI models in order
to generate responses, summaries, or content. This processing is done
to provide the feature you are using; it is not used to train
general-purpose models on your data.

## 4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember
workspace and interface preferences, and understand how the Service is
used. You can control cookies through your browser, though some parts of
the Service may not work correctly without them.

## 5. How we share information

We share information with:

- **Service providers** who host our infrastructure, send email on our
behalf, process payments, or provide the AI models that power the
Service, under obligations to protect it and use it only to provide
  services to us.
- **Third-party platforms you connect**, to the extent needed to operate
  the feature you enabled.
- **Legal and safety reasons**, if required by law, legal process, or to
protect the rights, property, or safety of Foundative, our users, or
  the public.
- **A successor**, if Foundative is involved in a merger, acquisition,
or asset sale, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to your
  information.

## 6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed
to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes,
and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account or disconnect
a third-party account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within
a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to keep
it longer.

## 7. Data security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your
information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission
or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute
security.

## 8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct,
export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain
processing. You can update most account and workspace information
directly in the Service, or contact support@result.dev to make a
request. We will verify your identity before acting on it.

## 9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not
knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a
child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

## 10. International users

We may process and store information in the United States and other
countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service,
you consent to this transfer and processing.

## 11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service evolves. We will post the
updated Policy here and update the date at the top of the page.
Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you
accept the revised Policy.

## 12. Contact

Questions about this Policy, or requests about your personal
information, can be sent to support@result.dev.
